Tour Itinerary

Morning:

  • 8:00 AM: Pick-up from your Nairobi hotel.
  • 8:30 AM: Arrive at Nairobi National Park and set off on your private safari. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalos, hippos, zebras, giraffes, ostriches, hyenas, and more!
  • 10:30 AM: Head to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage, where you can watch orphaned baby elephants being fed and cared for.

Lunch:

  • 12:30 PM: Choose your lunch venue:
    • Karen Blixen Coffee Garden: Enjoy a relaxed lunch in the gardens of the Karen Blixen Museum, made famous in the movie “Out of Africa.”
    • Carnivore Restaurant: Sample some of Kenya’s exotic meats at this world-renowned restaurant.

Afternoon:

  • 2:00 PM: Visit the Karen Blixen Museum and learn about the life of the Danish author who lived and worked in Kenya for many years.
  • 3:00 PM: Get up close and personal with endangered Rothschild’s giraffes at the Giraffe Center. You can even feed these gentle giants!
  • 4:00 PM: Wrap up your tour at the Kazuri Bead Center, where you can shop for beautiful handcrafted jewelry made by local women.

Evening:

  • 5:00 PM: Return to your Nairobi hotel.
